This example illustrates how to use 2.x Names-oriented Newton prototypes within an HTML form.

Each type is shown 2 times (if applicable):

  1. P: picker with text popup, or special editor
  2. T: text field with special keyboard or handwriting recognizer support (flags and/or dictionary)
