This is a simple demonstration of how to retrieve/check a document at a later time using Newt's Cape via Newton's alarm capability. Various options could be provided (in a future example or plugin) to have NIE connection happen automatically (currently, it assumes it's already open or user will manually start), keep Newt's Cape and status messages hidden, just cache rather than display, etc.

Provide a URL that you would like to retrieve. If it isn't in the cache (or there's no cache), it will be retrieved. If it already exists in the cache (or on subsequent tries), the page is retrieved only if it has been modified more recently; otherwise, the cached page will be used.

Pick number of minutes before performing the event. Try just 1 minute initially (unless you can stand the suspense). You will be asked later if you want to schedule the event again.
