- code area:
- the top of each row displays current guesses, with code in the bottom of each row
- select a guess field using pen/mouse or cursor keys
- change via keyboard (top row or system keyboard)
- space/Delete/Backspace
- erase current guess
- A-Z
- unless this char already used, replace all fields having same code

- show answer for this field (if hint available); possibly erases
another field if the answer character was already incorrectly used
